As soon as the order is dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email with the

We pack the plants with the utmost technical rigor. However, if any incident occurs in transport, take photos of the box and the plant immediately after receipt and contact us within 24 hours.
To prevent the plants from being held up in the carrier’s warehouses during the weekend, we ship internationally and to the islands of
Monday to Wednesday.

If you are in Portugal or planning to visit the country, we invite you to visit our greenhouse located at Avenida 23 de julho de 1833, Lote 19, 2865-759 Fernão Ferro. During your visit, our team will be available to assist you with your questions and provide guidance on orchid cultivation.
On weekdays, from Tuesday to Saturday, our greenhouse is open from 09:00 to 19:00, to serve you throughout the day. On Sundays, we offer reduced hours, from 09:00 to 13:00, to ensure that you can also visit us on the weekend. On holidays and Mondays, we are closed for service.
During the lunch break, from 13:00 to 14:00, we pause service for lunch and resume shortly after.
