When will my pre-sale order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from the date shown on the product page. As soon as the batch is released at the nursery, shipping is processed in the order the reservations were received.

Can I add regular shop products to the same pre-sale order?

Yes. However, to keep transport sustainable and the plants fresh, the whole order will be shipped together on the expected date of the pre-sale item. If you would like to receive in-stock products right away, we suggest placing separate orders.

How are the plants protected during transport?

We use plastic-free eco packaging, designed and reinforced to withstand transport. Each specimen is wrapped individually in protective kraft paper to preserve the structure of its leaves and roots.

Which payment methods are accepted for the reservation?

We accept credit/debit card, MB WAY, Multibanco reference and bank transfer, so you can secure your reservation quickly and safely.
